Russia accuses U.S. of ignoring offer to broker Afghan talks: Ifax

MOSCOW (Reuters) - The Russian Foreign Ministry on Friday accused Washington of ignoring its offer to broker direct talks between the government of Afghanistan and the Taliban, the Interfax news agency reported.
