Paul Callan says the cease and desist letter from Trump's latest lawyer, Charles Harder, is an empty threat. If Bannon signed a nondisclosure agreement during the Trump campaign, it wouldn't bind him from commenting on Trump's presidency. And there's no chance Trump could win a libel lawsuit against Wolff or the book publisher.
