Keystone XL Pipeline Just Cleared One Of Its Final Hurdles Despite A Massive LeakState regulators in Nebraska narrowly voted to approve the Keystone XL pipeline on Monday, five days after the original Keystone pipeline leaked 210,000 gallons of oil in South Dakota.
