Donald Trump seems to turn on China after day of praising countryDonald Trump has again promised to put “America first”, denouncing multinational trade agreements and appearing to rebuke China – a day after he had praised the country. “From this day forward we will compete on a fair and equal basis,” Mr Trump told a gathering of company executives on the sidelines of the annual Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (Apec) summit in Vietnam.
