Immigrant teenager at center of U.S. legal fight has abortion

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The 17-year-old illegal immigrant held in federal custody in Texas who the Trump administration had sought to block from having an abortion underwent the procedure on Wednesday, a day after a court overruled the government's objections, her lawyers said.
